Had a wonderful stay at Fortune. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Ms. Sidhi Singh, who arranged a late checkout for me. The room had a stunning view of Tirumala Hill, which added to my experience. I also enjoyed the relaxing spa services, which were well-organized and rejuvenating.

Make sure to request a new refrigerator at check-in if the one in your room isn’t cool enough.

While the hotel has its perks, there were some hiccups that could use attention. The smoking area is quite a trek from the main lobby, limiting accessibility, especially for smokers. Renovation work created an awkward ambience in both the lobby and corridors. A significant amount of dust lingered behind the TV and in cabinets. Interruptions, such as repeated issues with key fobs and plumbing troubles, made the stay feel less than fully premium. The equipment like the hair dryer and coffee maker in the room had their moments of disobedience, which isn’t really what you expect.

We had an amazing stay with delicious food, especially the yummy masala dosa, and the cozy room was a great spot for family. I would definitely return again!

The Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, with fresh linens. The amenities were decent, and it was nice to have a coffee-making facility. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, which was pretty annoying. Aside from that, the room made our stay comfortable overall.
